Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be in original, unused packaging
- Products must be in resaleable condition
- Faulty items will be inspected and either refunded or replaced

- We'll provide return instructions
- Ship the product back to us (you cover shipping costs unless the item was faulty or delivered in error)
- Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 7-14 working days.
Important:
- Keep proof of postage — we're not responsible for items lost in transit
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or opened
